Before co-leading CIVIC, Jenni held leading positions in Communication and Marketing at the FHNW Academy of Art and Design Basel.

As a graduate of Berlin University of the Arts UDK, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science, Strategic Management, and Innovation, and a Master's degree in Cultural Studies and Media Theory. She holds a further education diploma in Coaching from Northwestern Switzerland's University of Applied Sciences and Arts FHNW and a degree in Change and Innovation in Cultural Management from the University of Basel.
